Urban Gens offers clothing products for men, women, and children. All products are subject to availability. We make every effort to ensure that the information on the website is accurate, including product descriptions and prices. However, we do not warrant that the information is error-free, complete, or current.

The images of the items on the website are for illustrative purposes only. The actual color combination of the mobile cover and t-shirts may slightly vary as per the customer’s respective screen resolution.

All sizes and measurements of items are approximate; however we do make every effort to ensure they are accurate as possible. We take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of items are as accurate as possible.

Some mobile covers might not be completely covered from the functional keys side because of the curve display of the device.

4. Pricing & Payments

Upon receiving your order we carry out a standard pre-authorization check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfill the transaction. Goods will not be dispatched until this pre-authorization check has been completed. Your card will be debited once the order has been accepted. • All prices listed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include any applicable taxes.
• We reserve the right to change the prices of our products at any time without prior notice.
• Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase through our available payment gateways (credit/debit cards, UPI, etc.).

5. Order Acceptance

1. In case of any size issues in the custom t-shirts there will be no replacement or refund under any circumstances. However, if the product is faulty or damaged from our end then the customer can proceed the return request.

2.The shoppers are requested to check the size guide before placing the order.

3. The color of the custom t-shirt and custom mobile cover may slightly vary as per the customer’s screen resolution.

6. Order Acceptance

Once you place an order on Urban Gens, we will send you an email acknowledging receipt of your order. However, this does not confirm acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order at any time for reasons including but not limited to:

• Product unavailability
• Incorrect pricing or product details
• Issues identified by our fraud detection systems

7. Shipping & Delivery

Urban Gens delivers products across India. Shipping charges and delivery times will be clearly indicated at checkout. While we make every effort to deliver your order on time, delays due to unforeseen circumstances may occur, and we are not liable for such delays.

You will be given various options for delivery of items during the order process. The options available to you will vary depending on where you are ordering from. An estimated delivery time is displayed on the order summary page. On placing your order, you will receive an email containing a summary of the order and also the estimated delivery time to your location. Sometimes, delivery may take longer due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will proactively reach out to you by e-mail and SMS. However, we will not be able to compensate for any mental agony caused due to delay in delivery.

8. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

• Order Cancellations: You may cancel your order before it is dispatched. Once dispatched, orders cannot be canceled.
• Returns: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product within 7 days of delivery, provided it is unused, with original tags and packaging intact.
• Refunds: Once the returned product is inspected, we will process your refund. The refund will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 working days.
• Please note that the single products/combo products are not subject to return once the product is delivered. However, in case the product has an issue or defect in the material or print, you can submit the return request. For more visit Return Policy
• If a product (apparel) has any size issue once the shipment is delivered, then there will be no replacement or refund in any circumstances. So ensure your size with respect to given Size Chart before placing order.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Urban Gens. Unauthorized use of any content is prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

Urban Gens will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise from the use or inability to use our website or products. Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product(s).

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in [your city/state].
